What You Can Offer as an Individual:
Why Give? People think the HIV/AIDS crisis is over. It’s not!
Did you know that Delaware consistently ranks in the top six states for HIV infection rates per capita in the country? This ranking is a core aspect of our mission at AIDS Delaware. No person should contract HIV. It is a 100% preventable disease. But our caseload continues to increase each year and the infection rate remains steady! As new treatments become available there is hope for at least the postponement of death. There is no cure and no vaccine.
All funds in raised in Delaware stay in Delaware. Our services focus on three primary functions: Education & Outreach, Counseling & Testing, and Case Management. 80% of every dollar raised goes directly to our programs. We keep our overhead down!
